Don't like it? You are welcome to return or exchange any non refundable item within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or kindly wait until you have been refunded.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of sale items.
Kindly note all shipping fees are non refundable.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 10 days of delivery on info@knus.co so we may correct this as soon as possible.
Unfortunately no returns will be accepted for any products that are damaged upon return due to not being sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return and you may not qualify for a refund / exchange and may be charged the return shipping fee to have the damaged goods returned to you.
